Re: 2011-2012 Zone Variance Request Form and Guidelines
Please find the link to our website where the updated Zone Variance Form and guidelines are located. You may direct parents to the forms under the Executive Principals - Forms and Documents - Zone Variance Guidelines and Forms.
The approval process remains the same; Principal reviews, indicate approved or denied, attach written documentation and forward to the applicable Executive Principal for final processing. A copy of the notification letter will be returned to the applicable school.
If children move during the latter part of the semester, parents may request a Zone Variance to remain there until the end of that semester. If however, an attendance issue arises, the Zone Variance may be revoked.
