The National Ocean Sciences Bowl would like to remind educators and high school students that the deadline for submissions to the NOSB and NMEA 2012 “Living on the Ocean Planet” Video Contest is January 20th. The contest is a great way for students to express their interest in the ocean while highlighting their creativity and filmmaking skills.
Interested students should form teams of up to three to create a 2 minute video. Films should focus on one of the seven Ocean Literacy Principles and NOSB’s 2012 competition theme “A Sea of Change: Development and Evolution.”
