   FATAL VISION PROGRAM

The State Farmer's Association sponsors the Fatal Vision Program.  This event will be held October 22nd and 23rd at Gulf Shores High School.  Students will have the opportunity to wear a special designed goggle that distorts their vision as if they are driving drunk.  They will wear the goggles while driving a golf cart on a pre-designed course.  It is a unique way to teach students the dangers of drinking and driving.  They will also be required to make a second drive; this drive will include wearing the goggles and texting.
